1. PRIVACY
Personal details that are given to us will remain confidential and will never be given to a third party.
One may receive an e-mail of feedback request after the service ended. 
 
2. LIABILITY
 
Railay Eco Tour acts as a tour operator that provides trip operation, travel and transportation, and also reserves the right to change the itinerary with or without notice if found in the best interest of all concerned.
 
3. TOUR PRICE & CONDITIONS 
Day Trip & Shuttle speedboat service included insurance, life jacket and other inclusions that may be varied to the trip and types of boat chosen.
At Ao Nang, the boat starts at Ao Nammao Pier. At Railay, meeting point at floating pier/ Railay East (in front of Railay Princess Resort and Spa). 
Pick-up service from Krabi Town, Khlong Muang Beach, Tub Kaek Beach is with additional charge at 400THB per way by Railay Eco Tour pickup car (no air-con).
Day trip does not include national park fee.  
Insurance excludes the stolen, lost or damaged items and belongings.
Women with pregnancy are not allowed. 
Elderly people of age 60 years old are not recommended. People with food allergy shall be advised in advance. People with high blood pressure, asthma, backache, bone disease, orthopedic or any serious illness are not allowed to travel.   
CHILD RATES; aged 4 years old - 11 years old. Child at age 12 years old is considered as adult’s price. 
 
After reservations and payments are made, you are required to present the booking confirmation/ booking ID on the day of service. 
 
4. RESERVATION AND CONFIRMATION
Reservations would be completely confirmed once full payment or partial booking amount received. The remaining balance shall be completely settled before service date.

All reservations requested will be replied or e-mail. If you do not receive any reply from us within 1 day, kindly resend your request.  
 
5. PAYMENT
Full payment must be received before the service started. Otherwise we reserve the right to cancel all reservations and services for the booking in question without further notice.
All payment shall be settled to the only one authentication account of Railay Eco Tour as below;

6. CANCELLATION POLICY
The company fully reserves the right to cancel the trip is case of storm, monsoon or any unpredictable issue. 
Rate is in Thai Baht. 
Trip excludes national park fee
Cancellation is non-refundable. 
No-show is non-refundable.
Guest’s cancellation due to an urgent case or medical condition would be required to present a medical certificate for a refund. Railay Eco Tour reserves the right of complete consideration if the refund could be proceeded. 
Tour program is subject to change depending on tide and weather condition.
Travel accident insurance does not include any lost, stolen or damaged items of guest’s belongings.
The charged price includes VAT
 
ADDITIONAL CALCELLATION CONDITION 
In case of rain but without monsoon, and the trip still can be operated; the booking is non-refundable if the customers cancel. However, customers are allowed to change date and keep the booking within 1 year but a part of booking amount would be deducted for cost of food, fruit, boat fuel as it all will be prepared in advance. 
Rain with monsoon and the trip is canceled by company due to safety concern. Guests receive full refund. 
Amendment request due to medical problem. Guests shall submit medical certificate. 
 
7. REFUND POLICY
* Please note refunds can take up to 7-14 working days. All refund requested will be replied by messages or e-mail within two business day. If you do not receive a reply from us within this period, kindly resend your request.
